Unfortunately, it may happen that our products will reach you damaged or we simply mess up and send you a piece of trash. Don’t worry, you can always complain about it.

 

Time

You can complain about a shoddy or damaged article within 30 days of placing the order. If there is something wrong with the product, a product is defective, e.g. the thread tangles etc. you can return the item.

 

What can you complain about?

As mentioned before, if an article is obviously damaged when shipping, has a manufacturing flaw or an element of the article comes unstuck - it is the fault that you should complain about.

If you chose a wrong size of the tee or the tee looks different than in the shop (i.e. the colour is slightly different) - you do not have grounds for complain but you can still return the item.

 

How to complain?

The easiest way to do that is to go to your Administration Panel and there against each order you can find the button ‘Complain’. When you click the button, the form, where you can describe the problem, appears. We will contact you and together decide what the best way to return the item is.

 

Costs

If you return an item as a part of the complaint and the complaint is accepted we will refund money for the item and the cost of delivery. Of course you can choose any other tee or you can get the same as you ordered. We will deliver it free of charge.
