The owner (hereinafter referred to as "the Owner") of the notjushop.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”) is iSCE Sp. z o.o, Pielgrzymowice 128A, 32-091 Michałowice.
Placing an order in the notjustshop Store constitutes accepting the Terms and Conditions.
The Store is an online retailer. The Store provides current and updated information about the products on offer on the Store’s website, www.notjustshop.com.
The orders are processed 24 hours per day using the website at www.notjustshop.com After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation that the order has reached the Store.
By placing an order, the customer enters into a purchase and sale agreement with the Store.
I. The ordering procedure and the order processing time.
- The order can be processed only if the customer has correctly filled out the order form available on the Store’s website at notjustshop.com.
- The ordered products are shipped within 3 week days. This does not apply to situations where the ordered products are not in stock. If the products are not in stock, the customer may cancel the order.
- If the products selected by the customer are not available (not in stock or not available at any of the Store’s suppliers), and the order cannot be processed and delivered, the customer can decide to cancel the purchase and sale agreement within 30 (thirty) days from the date the customer entered into the said agreement. If the customer had paid for the products in question, the Store shall refund the amount that has been paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the order was canceled. The customer can decide to use the amount paid for the order to make other purchases on notjustshop.com, after informing the Store of their decision by e-mail or by phone.
- Promotional offers and promotional sales concern a limited stock of products, and orders for such products shall be processed in the order that confirmed orders have been placed, on a first-in, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- A receipt is issued for every order.
II. Order modification.
- The customer may modify the order until the order has been processed (i.e. until the products have been shipped). The customer may cancel the total order as long as it has not been shipped.

- Any modifications to an order concerning the customer’s address, the shipping address, and requests to return an overpayment shall only be accepted and processed if they had been sent from the e-mail address specified in the customer’s account information.
III. Product prices.
- All the product prices displayed on the Store’s website include VAT.
- The product price indicated at the time the customer placed an order for the product shall be considered binding.
- The Store reserves the right to change the prices of the products in the Store’s offer, to introduce new products into the Store’s product range, to initiate and cancel promotional offers on the Store’s website, and to modify promotional offers. This right does not apply to product prices as indicated in orders placed before the introduction of changes to product prices and changes to the conditions of a promotional offer or sale.
- The order shall be delivered using the delivery option selected by the customer, as indicated in their order. The current shipping costs table is available under the “Delivery” tab on the Store’s website.
- The customer shall cover the shipping costs. The shipping costs can be covered by the Store only on rare occasions, provided that the Store previously agreed to cover the shipping costs. If the customer fails to pick up the delivery, the costs of shipping the products back to the Store shall be covered by the customer.
IV. Payment methods.
- Card and online wire-transfer payments are processed by an online payment service. The customer may choose among three methods of payment, i.e. an (online) wire transfer, a bank transfer, and a credit card payment. The order shall be executed once the Store receives confirmation from the online payment service that a successful payment has been made using one of the said payment methods.
- Please contact Customer Service in case an overpayment has been made while paying for the order.
V. Warranty, returns and exchanges.
- All of the products sold by the Store come from a legally sound source, are original and come with the manufacturer’s quality guarantee.
- Products with manufacturing defects can be returned to the Store. The customer shall cover the cost of shipping such projects to the Store.
- Customers can claim a refund or return if the products delivered exhibit manufacturing defects or mechanical damage that occurred in shipping, or if the products received are not consistent with the order.
- In order to place a complaint or a return claim, please contact Customer Service. Refund claims resulting from shipping damage or receiving an incomplete order shall only be accepted based on a shipping damage form signed by the person receiving the delivery and the party making the delivery.
- Complaints and return/refund claims shall be processed no longer than 14 days after the Store receives the products in question back from the customer. If the complaint is found to be valid, the damaged products shall be exchanged for other products of equal value, and if is impossible (e.g. in case the product in question is not in stock), the Store shall refund the total amount paid for the particular order, or shall suggest other products available in the Store in compensation. The Store shall reimburse the customer on the costs of shipping the product(s) back to the Store immediately upon accepting the complaint. The Store shall not accept collect-on-delivery mail.
- The product can be exchanged for a product of a different size / color, etc. based on conditions specified in item 4 above. The customer shall cover the costs of shipping the products(s) to be exchanged back to the Store and the costs of shipping the new products to the customer. The Store shall not accept customers’ requests for product exchange without covering the shipping costs.
- Discrepancies in the products appearance compared to the images presented on the Store’s website shall not be considered valid grounds for return/refund complaints if the said differences result from differences in viewing settings (parameters) of the customer’s monitor.
The customer can decide to return the product(s) purchased in the Store without stating a reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return claims shall only be accepted if the products in question are unused, have not been copied or damaged in any way, and if they have been delivered to the Store in their undamaged original packaging. The returned products must be complete. - The returned products must be shipped to the Store with the invoice originally delivered with them.
- The Store guarantees to refund an amount equal to the price of the products and the shipping costs of the original order. This amount shall be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer within 14 days. The Store shall not accept any collect-on-delivery returns. The costs of shipping the products back to the Store shall not be refunded.
VI. Responsibility
1. The shop is not held responsible for any comments, photos or any other content placed by the user on the shop website. The whole responsibility rests with the user.
VII. Personal information
- By placing an order in the Store, the customer agrees to have their personal information stored in the Store’s customer database, and to have this information processed for the purposes or executing the purchase and sale agreement. Providing the said personal information, and agreeing to allow the Store to process the said information, are steps necessary for the customer’s order to be executed by the Store. The customer shall be held responsible for providing incorrect personal information.
- The customer’s personal information is protected and shall not be made available to any third parties.
VIII. Final provisions
- These Terms and Regulations shall be in effect from the date they were published on the Store’s website.
- The Store reserves the right to change the Terms and Regulations. Any changes to the Terms and Regulations shall be in effect from the date the modified Terms and Regulations were published at www.notjustshop.com. Orders placed prior to the date of the introduction of modifications to these Terms and Regulations shall be processed based on the Terms and Regulations in effect on the date when the order was placed.
