Is my personal data safe and secure?

Personal data, such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc., will not be recorded by us or made available to third parties. While making purchases on the site, you will be re-directed to an independent online payment website, such as PayPal or Platnosci.pl. These online payment companies employ the most modern and advanced data protection solutions.

How can I view the status of my order?

To monitor the status of your order, log into your account in our online store, and then go to the “my dashboard” tab. There you can learn about your order, its the payment status, shipping date, etc.

Can I modify the order I have placed?

By customer’s request, sent by e-mail to lukasz@notjustshop.com, we can modify a previously placed order, or combine two orders placed within a few days of one another. This will only be possible if the order in question has not yet been processed and shipped.

Any modifications to the order concerning: the customer’s address, the shipping address, and requests to return an overpayment, will only be accepted and processed if they had been sent from the e-mail address specified in your account information.

Can I cancel my order?

Provided that the order has not been shipped (which would have been confirmed by an e-mail sent to the customer), you can cancel the order by sending an e-mail containing the cancelation request and the order number to lukasz@notjustshop.com.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order from our store. The products you purchased will be delivered by mail or courier.

What are the delivery options and shipping costs?

The order will be delivered using the delivery option chosen by the customer while placing the order, i.e. by mail or courier. The shipping costs additionally depend on the country to which the order will be delivered.

Can I exchange the product(s) that I purchased for the same product(s) of a different size or color?

Yes. If we have the product(s) you wish to exchange in the requested color/size in stock, and the products you are exchanging are unused and undamaged, you can contact us at lukasz@notjustshop.com to request the exchange. The costs of shipping the products(s) back to the store and the delivery costs of the new product(s) are covered by the customer.

Can I return a faulty product?

Yes, contact us at lukasz@notjustshop.com and let us know what is wrong with the product(s) you received. After the faulty products in question have been delivered to us, and provided we accept your return/refund claim, we will reimburse you on the shipping costs of the faulty product(s).

Return claims are accepted in cases where the product(s) exhibit manufacturing defects, mechanical damage that occurred in shipping (in which case, you must fill out the shipping damage form immediately upon receiving the delivery), or the products received are not consistent with your order.

Can I return the purchased product(s)?

Yes, the customer can decide to return the product(s) purchased in our store without stating a reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the products in question have not been used, copied or damaged in any way. The returned products must be complete. Products that have been sealed by the manufacturer cannot be returned if the plastic cover or any other protection have been removed, or if the original packaging has been damaged. The returned products must be shipped to us with the invoice originally delivered with them.

How much time will it take before I receive my refund for the products that I returned?

We do our best to keep the refund process as quick as possible. We guarantee a refund of the purchase price of the returned products (not including the shipping costs) within 14 days from the date we receive the products from the customer. The refund will be made by wire transfer to the bank account number specified in the customer’s account. We do not accept any collect-on-delivery returns.

Will I get a receipt or an invoice with my order?

Yes, every order is accompanied by an invoice.
